(givensfirm.com) or The Givens Law Firm, P.A. d/b/a The Mediation Shop (themediationshop.com), by your mere engagement with the entity or its websites, purchase of its products, or directed inquiries through either site.

A professional relationship with above-referenced entity, is only accomplished after a conflict-of-interest check has been performed, an engagement letter (scheduling or formal engagement – depending on the nature of the mediation or legal service) has been provided, and funds to reserve or an approved promised to pay have been accepted in matter.  

Returns + Exchanges:

Due to the nature of products sold on this site, there are no returns, exchanges or honored requests for store credit.  Please review each item carefully before purchasing as all sales are final.
